By using apex-list.com or submitting an entry to Apex List, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and rights

You confirm that you have the legal right to enter the project, that the information you provide is accurate, and that publishing the submitted materials will not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

License to display

If your work is selected, you grant Apex List a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the project title, studio name, URL, descriptions, credits, screenshots, and related media on the site, certificates, and promotional materials about the program.

Judging and outcomes

Selection is staff-led and merit-based. Categories may have multiple winners or none. Program decisions for each competition are final. Paying for a trophy or featured placement does not influence whether an entry wins.

Optional products

Physical trophies and featured placements are optional after selection. Pricing and fulfillment details are confirmed by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the related entry is ineligible or withdrawn.

Acceptable use

Do not submit malware, phishing sites, illegal content, or abusive material. We may reject or remove entries that violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The site and program are provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, certificates, or promotional materials. Nothing here creates an employment or agency relationship.
