Who is Apex List for?

Freelancers, boutique studios, indie product teams, and small agencies. We focus on credible recognition for smaller companies — not mega-brand prestige contests.

Where do I submit?

Use the Enter page while a competition is open. If more than one competition is open at once, you will choose which one to enter.

Is there an entry fee?

No. Submissions are free in this phase. Wins are never sold.

Can I enter multiple categories?

Yes, when they genuinely fit the same project. Choose carefully — judges review fit as well as quality.

Can I edit after submitting?

Contact us before the competition closes if you need a correction. Include your project URL and what should change.

How does judging work?

Staff review entries against published criteria. Individual numeric scores are not published. See Judging.

What do winners get?

A public directory profile and a printable digital certificate. You can optionally request a physical trophy or featured placement afterward.

Where is my certificate?

Open your winner entry and choose Print certificate, or see Certificate for how it works.

Does paying for a trophy help me win?

No. Trophy and Featured are optional after selection. Merit-based judging is independent of payment.
