Apex List (“we”, “us”) operates apex-list.com. This page explains what we collect when you browse the site or submit an entry, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Entry details — project title, URL, descriptions, credits, categories, and any optional materials you provide
• Contact details — name, email, and studio or company name
• Inquiry forms — trophy or featured requests, including notes you send
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to run and secure the site

How we use it

• To operate the awards program, review entries, and contact you about your submission
• To publish winner profiles and certificates when your work is selected
• To respond to trophy, featured, and general inquiries
• To improve site reliability and prevent abuse

Public display

If your entry is selected as a winner, we may publish project title, studio name, URL, category, teaser text, and related media on the public winners directory and certificate pages. Do not submit confidential information you do not want shown if selected.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who host email or the website, solely to operate Apex List, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep submission records as needed to run past and current competitions. You may request a correction or deletion of personal contact details by emailing [email protected]. Published winner pages may remain for historical integrity; we will discuss reasonable redactions where possible.
